Jennifer Sutheimer is a Fractional Executive Assistant with over 8 years of experience supporting executives and growing businesses through high-level administrative, operational, and project management services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), bringing a structured, strategic, and execution-focused approach to every partnership.

Her work centers on building organised, scalable operation, supporting leaders through workflow coordination, process refinement, client communication, and system-based execution that improves efficiency and reduces friction behind the scenes. Jennifer helps translate business needs into clear, repeatable processes while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and operational clarity.

As a Certified Notary Public in Indiana, she ensures sensitive documents are handled with precision and legal-grade care. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide seamless support to a diverse client base with cultural fluency and accuracy.

Outside of client work, Jennifer enjoys life beyond inboxes and workflows, spending time with her husband and their three charismatic corgis. She shares a love for board games, travel, and creative hobbies, including painting miniatures and crafting custom artwork.
